1.What is a view?
A view (also called a scan) is counted each time someone experiences one of your artworks in augmented reality, either through the Artivive app or through WebAR in a browser. Every time a viewer points their camera at your trigger image and the AR experience plays, that counts as one view.
Views are the unit your subscription is measured in. Each plan includes a set number of views, so the more your artworks are scanned, the more views you use.
2.How the view limit works
Your Artivive Editor (Bridge) account lets you upload an unlimited number of artworks. However, each subscription includes a monthly view limit, which defines the total number of times all artworks in your account can be viewed.
The view limit applies to your entire account, not to individual artworks.
3.What happens when I reach my view limit?
Once you reach your monthly limit, you will see a notification in your account. You keep all of your artworks, but when someone tries to scan them a "Views limit reached" message appears over the artwork until you purchase additional views.
Before you reach your limit, we send you email notifications at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your monthly limit, giving you enough time to add more views.
4.How can I get more views?
There are two ways to add more views to your account.
Upgrade your plan. All Artivive plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis and can be changed or cancelled at any time. Opting for annual billing saves you more than 35% compared to monthly pricing. For a full overview of available plans, visit our pricing page.
Purchase a view add-on. Add-ons are one-time payments that top up your view count for the current subscription month. They are only available for paid (upgraded) accounts and cannot be applied to the free Basic plan.
To purchase a view add-on, click your profile icon in the top right corner, go to your dashboard, and select the option to add more views.
